미루는 사람들의 머릿속??

Inside the mind of a master procrastinator

오랜만에 정말 재미있는 강연을 들었다.

강연 초반 자신의 졸업논문에 대해서 말하며 모두가 집중할수 있게 하여
말의 빠르기와 강약, 얼굴 표정,  하나의 이야기로 빠져들게 한다.

이야기의 내용은
영화 '인사이드 아웃'처럼 머릿속에 3개의 존재가 각자 역할대로 움직인다.
합리적 의사 결정자, 순간의 유혹, 패닉 이것으로 계획표대로 인생을 살 수 없다고 한다.

순간의 유혹은

wheel he lives entirely in the present moment he has no memory of the past no knowledge of the future and he only cares about two things easy and fun

합리적 의사 결정자

rational decision maker who gives us the ability to do things no other animal can do we can visualize the future we can see the big picture

패닉

he's the only thing that the monkey is terrified up

이러한 지연에는 2가지 경우가 있다고 한다.

첫번째 종류의 미루기, 기한이 있는 경우이다.

the effects of procrastination are contained to the short term because the panic monster gets involved 

두번째 종류, 무기한적인 미루기

that happens in situations when there is no deadline,  the panic monster doesn't show up is nothing to wake up for so the effects of procrastination they're not contain theyjust extend outward forever

it's not that many boxes on there it's a job that should probably start today but maybe not today but you know sometimes soon

오늘도 박스 하나가 사라지고 있는 중이다~!!! 열심히 재미있게 살아보자~!!

회사가 이런 system이 정말 잘 되어있는것 같다.

기한이 명시되어있는 일정표..... 야근을 해야지만 성공 가능한 일정표를 준다... 그리고 인사평가때는 그게 당연하단듯 B,C를 준다....도대체 S는 누가 받는지 궁금하다.... 경영적인 마인드로 보면 개발자가 아닌 영업팀에서 받지 안을까 생각해본다...
